"This makes great coffee and steamer works well if you keep it clean. I have only had them work for about 3 to 9 months though as the water pump eventually fails. One had a leak due to a bad gasket on the steamer but water pump still worked. We are on our 5th unit. Quality control seems to be a big issue.
